I am also having trouble getting my email account to open up. As soon as I sign into the account, it starts to open into my email but then immediately kicks back to the homepage. I have tried closing my internet connection and going through the steps again to access my email account. It acts like my email wants to open but continues to redirect me back to the homepage.

This is an issue that has been going on for quite awhile now. No resolutions from Comcast so far. Things you can try that have worked for some, but not all Users.
Clear your browser cache
Reset your browser settings to the default settings
IF you can get into Preferences> General, see if you can change to the Lite version if using the full version of XC. (sometimes it works, sometimes not)
Try a different browser if you haven't already
See if you can read your messages by going to m.comcast.net (This is a very basic email tho)
If nothing works, I would switch to a real email client until Comcast gets this fixed. (Windows Live Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird)

Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

My wife and I are having the same problem. Using IE or Firefox doesn't change the situation, so I'm thinking its a Comcast system problem.

Same here. Click on "View All E-mails" (or similar), the inbox displays for a few seconds, then back to Comcast Home page. I thought it had to do with the recent updates from Microsoft, but I see a few people mention that it's a cross-browser issue. Hopefully Comcast fixes it soon!

same problem, started just tonight as I was composing an email. I kept getting a message asking if I wanted to leave the page and kept checking "no". As soon as I sent the email, I tried to make sure that it got sent but got kicked to the homepage. Same as other poster, it kept kicking me out when I tried to view entire inbox.
Tried using IE and Firefox, same results.
OS is Vista and using full version of Xinfinity Connect; cleared browser caches and also ran virus scans to no avail.
