Starting July 13, a friend in Dublin, Ireland has not been able to reply to my emails thru comcast service. We have been corresponding for over one year. I have made sure he is using correct address and that my outlook contact list is correct. I have since added him to my comcast address book. He does not get a non delivery message and assumed I was getting his replies. His messages to come thru to my gmail account.

Do you have an old email that you received from him in XfinityConnect? If you do, post the fullheader in your reply, BUT, please REMOVE the beginning portion of all email addresses frpom the header, leaving only the domain name intact ( XXX@domainname.com)
To view the full header in XfinityConnect's Full version: Right click on the email and click on View Source
A window will open. Copy/paste the full header to your reply for review.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I dont know anything about XfinityConnect, but I recovered this message source stored in my PC in Outlook Express...I am in the habit of opening my email accounts in Outlook and saving in my PC. Looks like I had not corresponded with my friend in Dublin since last Oct.

Please edit your last post and remove your email address. I have notified the Administrator and have asked for a Moderator to look at the header. In addition you can also call the Security Assurance Team. http://xfinity.comcast.net/constantguard/Support/C

I'm having the email team review your thread for a possible resolution. Someone should be contacting so we may fix this matter for you.

JohnDunny, Is this still happening? It looks like some of eircom.net's mail systems were temporarily blocked, but mail should be coming in now. Let us know if this is not the case. Thank you.
