From time to time, there might be issues with Xfinity Connect that can be corrected by clearing your browsers cache, cookies and temporary internet files. This is because there are old files that were saved to your computer and are interfering with the live page that is trying to be loaded.

Sometimes this might not fix the issue because there could also be a setting in your browser that is causing an incompatibility problem. To fix that you will need to reset the browser to the default settings. Before you do that though, you should backup your bookmarks and favorite websites so you can reimport them later.
