I use Comcast mail -- WHY, when I update e-mail addresses, it shows the update in the address book but when I insert it into the "TO" box -- it's the old address -- how long does it take for updates to take effect???

Please send an email to email@example.com In the subject line type the following:
Need slow sync to be performed (address book issue) Plaxo is the divison of XfinityConnect that handles the universal address book. They should be able to fix this for you.
Normally the full version appears to take longer to populate than the Lite version does. Do send that email.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
