I am able to preview mail, but if I click on it, or try to view the whole inbox, I am unsuccessful. I have not checked to see if outlook can download the mail yet.
Me too. I only spent 3 hours on this to find out I'm not the only one with problems. I wish they would get this fixed. It worked fine this morning and then just stopped.
Same here in Pittsburgh, PA - very annoying.....any idea when it will be fixed? I tried calling comcast but keep getting disconnected....probably a zillion angry customers calling at once.
Same thing. Email there but can't go into view inbox and read any emails. Baltimore, MD I am a business class customer and comcast is about to get an ear full!!!!
Have the same problem here in Colorado Springs, CO. Was on the internet checking my email earlier this a.m., now I am getting the same error message everyone else here is reporting. Wha?????
Problem seems to be same coast to coast. was on email at 8:50 MST in Utah stopped working got the unable to connect to server trying to save my email draft.
Firefox can't find the server at sz0113.ev.mail.comcast.net.
What the heck? If Comcast has a major server outage why can't they broadcast the issue & status to our cells or provide a URL at a redundant server (it's called disaster recovery) to alert their important customers? Losing business by the minute, but I'm sure we won't be compensated. Time to look for alternative provider.
Same here in Jacksonville, FL. Can get on my smartphone though. VERY frustrating. Gmail is looking better by the minute. Been having several problems over the past month or so with Comcast being slow or going out--not the same good ol' Comcast it used to be.
Just kidding your probly working hard to fix it hopfully it will be up soon!
