I am receiving another person email she has the same name as I do and now she has my email address how is that possible how can this be fixed I had the email address first
It's not. If it's not spam or a phishing email then it might actually just be a typo by the sender. This is not unusual, often happening in cases where one username is one letter different from another. It's happened to me. On the other hand, there are a lot of phishing emails that seem to be mistakenly sent to you; they do look like real email meant for someone else, often about a purchase from Craigslist or something similar.
I would just ignore it and see if you get any more. If you get more than one or two more you can always write back to the sender from another address and tell them they made a mistake.
