I receive other emails fine but the emails I can not receive are Nexon.net emails to change my account password for my nexon game accounts. Any idea why? Help appreciated. Yes I checked the email is correct and it is,Receives other email just fine. I need these emails so that I can change the password for my Maplestory account.

Yea, I am having the same problem too. not recieveing a account reactiviation email from them.

Check your Spam folder. Make sure you have "Enable Spam filter" and "Keep a local copy in my Spam folder" selected in your spam filter settings at https://customer.comcast.com/Secure/Users.aspx.
If you still can't get mail from this sender, Comcast Customer Security Assurance might be able to help: 1-888-565-4329 (M-F 9am-11:30pm ET, S-S 10:30am-6:30pm ET), http://security.comcast.net/get-help/contact-comca

No help, and I already tried that, they didn't know what the problem could have been. I'm not the only one having this problem there are tuns of other people and its not being solved. -_- trying to switch my email to gmail for that account. I STILL HAVE COMCAST EMAIL so dont worry, im not betraying comcast ![]()

I'm having this same issue.. cept I'm trying to receive an email to get my password reset so I access my Nexon account. Alot of providers blocked Nexon for some reason ages ago and seems they never got unblocked.

Thanks, I greatly appreciate that.. I contacted them Via Chat, they didn't know. They said to try to apply for an ip adress removal of spam, but she wasn't even sure if the website was on Comcast's server's main spam list. So she made me fill out a form, but she didn't tell me it had to be from the websites position. But im sure ( i kind of noticed it ) that she wasnt too sure of what she was talkiing about.

I understand everyone's frustration here and I wish I could help, I do want to point out something I discovered. I checked senderbase.org's site and one thing I noted is thet Nexons overall email is having an issue and that their email traffic has been reduced over 70%. Not sure what's happening with them but, I believe more than comcast is having an issue. with something in Nexon's email setup, or possibly the problem is at Nexon's end.

I just went through a long process with nexon to change my email to my comcast.net email and I can't even change my password now. Everytime I request a verification email to be sent to my comcast email to change my nexon password it doesnt show up. If anyone has a solution that actually works please let me know.

Im having the same problem, I'm not recieving mail from Nexon either. I've tried many times and its not in spam its just not showing up at all.

check your spam folder make sure it's not being sent there.. this issue was resolved.
