Why do some of my messages only show up when I open Outlook Express? When I open my email through Comcast I don't see all of my messages but when I open Outlook Express they all show up only in Outlook.
There is no "options" tab in OE's account properties. The checkbox is on the "advanced" tab. I don't know how many times you have posted this message, but surely some will try to follow your instructions and wonder what they did wrong when they do not see the "options" tab.
