Click the My Account tab on the top right hand corner of this page.
Sign in with the PRIMARY Comcast user account name and password.
When Customer Central opens, click Users & Settings.
Use the drop-down arrow in the box where you see the primary account name and click a user name.
Then look under Account Settings and choose Suspend/delete account. Follow the steps to delete it.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.
