If you're using webmail and IE, you need to go into the webmail Message Center, click on Preferences, then click on Formatting Email and make sure that HTML is checked under the first category. Keep in mind, there isn't any way to set a default font outside of what Comcast has set. Click Save in the upper right corner to save your changes.
If you're using Firefox and not Internet Explorer, you won't find the formatting bar.
