I have changed an email address in book and group but when I start a new email it pulls up the old address either with group name or individual use name. I also then deleted the name and re-added it to the address book and it stills pulls up old email address. How to correct this?

Hello,
The address book has always had problems when making changes.

after spending a half hour on hold, some guy tells me it sounds like a technical problem to me. He says is it a security issue and I asked he does work for Comcast right. Then I hung up. I am having the same problems, want to reorganize my groups and get rid of the old ones but it won't allow me to!

Same problem. I sent out a group mailing yesterday that had fifteen errors as it used last year's contact information from the old group. I tried to sign-off and then sign back on, but that didn't work. My guess is they sync at two AM or so. Really bad design. John

I am having the exact same issue today. I can't get it to work for anything. I have tried to delete the entire group and create a new one and the old group keeps popping up and my new group will not. Can we not create groups anymore????
