Try clearing out your browser's cache, including cookies and browsing history. Then re-start the browser. If that has no effect, then try a different browser just to eliminate that as the cause of the problem. If you don't know how, look at the top of this forum and you'll find a sticky thread on how to clear cache for the different major browsers.
