I've been having problems with my email on my desktop. Logging in on my macbook is no problem, but if I try to access my email on my Dell, after I click logon, all that opens is the smartzone loading page, but it never makes it any further. Today, I discovered that if I'm already logged in from viewing other comcast content, if I click on the email button it will go directly to it. I'm not sure if this will continually work, as I'm afraid to test it because I need to send several emails today and don't want to have to keep switching my work to the mac. Any ideas for problem solving?
