We can't provide you any advise on how to fix your problem because you have not provide us any detail info on what exactly is your problem.
What browser are you using?
Have you tried another browser?
What have you tried to fix the problem?
Have you called comcast and ask them and if so did it work?
What error message are you getting?
What are the size of the attachment you are trying to send?
What file extension are you trying to send?
Have you tried sending the attachement using m.comcast.net?
Have you search the forum if other customers are having the same problem and were there any solutions posted?
What are the steps you are using to attach a file?
Are you using xfinity connect full or lite?
Are you using a email client and if so which one?
Have you tried deleting your browser cookies, cache and history files?
What os are you using?
Has sending a attachment worked before and if so what changes have you made since it worked?

There is a new problem with XfinityConnect and the ability to add attachments. The Comcast team has been notified of this issue by the Administrator.
You can try switching to the Lite version of XC and see if that will work for you.
To do: Open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences>General. In the windw that opens, check the box for the Lite version. Close and re-open XC. Now try to add an attachment to an email.

Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
