How do you  or can you sort the name column in the inbox?

You're supposed to be able to (since they updated the SmartZone software a couple of weeks ago), but it doesn't work for me, either. Are you using a Mac?

To sort by "From" column, click on "View" located on the inbox toolbar.

Select "By Message".

Then click on the "From" column to sort.

If you are viewing the messages "By Coversation" then open the conversation and then sort by From column.

That explains it. I had conversations enabled, so sorting by From was disabled.
