I need to make a CSV file of my address book to import into my web site data base. Can anyone help with this?
In Smartzone, click on Preferences, then on the address book. Scroll down to import/export address book.
Under export: Click on Contacts, a new window opens. Click on address book, then on Contacts. Click on OK. You will be asked where you want to save the cvs file. I recomend saving it to your desktop so you can locate it easily.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
