You used a password to get to the Help Forums... which password are you looking for? Assuming you signed in with the Primary.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

How do i retrieve my comcast email password so I know what it is?

If you don't know what your password is, and are the Primary on the account, you would need to call 1-800 comcast.
