Two people who wish to send messages to me or other e-mail have reported that Comcast has been blocking their messages intended for me as spam and returning non-deliverable error messages back to them. One person is in New York and the other in Paris.
The New York organization has a large mailing list and sends out a weekly newsletter that has in the pastarrived without a hitch, although there have been a few times when they’ve had similar issues. They use earthlink.net for their mail distribution. The owner is highly computer savvy, but advises I should contact Comcast to White Lsit his address - he provided me specific computer header information and a code for white lisitng his comouter.
My Paris correspondent is using orage.fr and I'd like to white lsit her speciic e-mail address. How do I do this?
