I have not been able to access my email all day. I just keep getting the annoying loading circle going round and round for hours at a time. I very much need to get my email. Any help?
Which version of XfinityConnect? The full or the lite version? Are you able to get to the Preview window?
Whcih browser/version & which operating system please.

Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
