Yes, forwarding is enabled
All emails being sent to his comcast.net email account are not being received. they're not coming back an undeliverable either.
If forwarding is enabled then it would seem that mail sent to his account is being forwarded/sent somewhere else. If forwarding is enabled then you need to see where it's being sent. Disable forwarding if that's not what you want done.
