Not receiving some email

I am not recieiving some email on my comcast.net account. It seems like the messages I am not receiving are ones that are going out to multiple accounts, sometimes blind copied. Also, I do not see a junk email folder. Is there a junk folder?

My daughter works in Philly.  Her email came up on the screen but I can't retreive it. Help!

I live in Dover Pa and I can't retrieve her email to me.

What happens when you click on the email?  Anything?  Are you getting any kind of error message?

CN60- Do you have the Spam Filter set up in XfinityConnect? Did you check your settings for spam filtering? Check by clicking on Preferences> Email. Have you looked in the Spam Folder for those messages? Do you know for sure that the sender is definitely using the correct email address when sending to you?


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
