Whenever, I open my email I get a window that pops saying, " Message from Webpage" (object error). I can not do anything when this happens. Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

@gannonjay, the issue could arise due to Add-ons installed on the browser.
If you are experiencing the issue on Internet Explorer then try resetting the Browser settings to default or disable the browser add-ons and verify, if the error disappears.
