Changed ports 110 to 995 ssl & from 587 to 465 ssl ) all settings are verified correct.
That fails to allow me to send emails also.
But, the test email does work and I can receive that.
However all emails that appear to say they are sent ( not in outbox and in sent folder) are not truly sent.

Edit: Essentially ...
Make sure that you have checked "This server requires authentication"
and did NOT check SPA (secure password authentication)
