Over 400 Emails missing

Turned on my pc this morning to discover all my saved work related emails missing. I need access to these messages today. Can anyone offer advise..please :smileyhappy:  This happened to me years ago on Yahoo and they had a rollback feature but I can't find it on Comcast. I'm really in a bind and any help will be greatly appreciated.

1). Where we're the emails saved? In the Inbox or a folder you set up? 2). Have you checked your Email Deletion Schedule to see how many days each folder there is set up as to when it automatically deletes email? To check: Click on Preferenes>Email and then scroll down to the Email Deletion Schedule. 3). Is it possible someone got hold of your password? 4). Are all emails gone, or just from certain folders? Eg: Inbox, Sent, etc.? CC


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I already spoke to a rep earlier this morning that is going to help. All of my emails were gone including sent and trash. No clue what happened but rest assured once their back I will back them up locally. This was very aggravating to say the least. Thank you for your reply and concern .
