If you are using the SmartZone web-based e-mail application, this is a bug in the app that causes this to happen for some people. It is nothing that you are doing wrong. Some of the instances in which this was not working have been fixed - but others remain.
Some people have reported success in forwarding pictures by forwarding the original message as an attachment.
To do this for *all* e-mails, you would go into the Preferences tab and the Composing subtab and then look down that page until you see Forward: When forwarding an email. You will see a button with a pull-down arrow next to click. Click on the pull-down and select the "Include original message as an attachment." Don't forget to click the save button afterwards.
To do this on an individual e-mail basis, select 'options' once you have clicked the Forward button and then choosing the "Attach original as an attachment" option (thanks to charvey for this info).
There is no guarantee that this will do the trick for you - I am just passing along that some people have reported here that this has worked for them.
