I keep getting the message, "Sorry, we were unable to load your email and voicemail. Please try refreshing your browser in a few minutes." I'm using Firefox, not Explorer.

hello, it wil not let me sign into my e mail and it tells me to go to the browser??? i do not know what this is? i am just getting back on computer after a few years and i just started facebook...that may be the problem, what do you think?

I am having the same trouble with a circle just spinning around. I followed the suggestion to go to m.comcast.net/m and I was able to get in to my email,

I have the same issue with not being to get to that email screen. Tired of watching the spinning circle and also tired of seeing "LOADING" down in the bottom left of the screen.
The http://xfinity.comcast.net/m/ works great as a temp fix, but there must be an IE setting to adjust for this.
I talked to Comcast and they have created a work order to fix or look at the issue.
I'll post again and mention what Comcast did for me.
