I keep getting the message, "Sorry, we were unable to load your email and voicemail. Please try refreshing your browser in a few minutes." I'm using Firefox, not Explorer.

I am having the same trouble with a circle just spinning around. I followed the suggestion to go to m.comcast.net/m and I was able to get in to my email,

I have the same issue with not being to get to that email screen. Tired of watching the spinning circle and also tired of seeing "LOADING" down in the bottom left of the screen.
The http://xfinity.comcast.net/m/ works great as a temp fix, but there must be an IE setting to adjust for this.
I talked to Comcast and they have created a work order to fix or look at the issue.
I'll post again and mention what Comcast did for me.

I have had trouble with the comcast email for two weeks. I have called and attemped the solutions offered and nothing lasts. I tried the MSN route suggested in this forum and that did not work. I opened a google gmail account and quickly they moved my comcast email to gmail and there it all is to open and reply. And no cost. The only problem now is I cannot get my comcast address book so it looks like I will have to create that from scratch on gmail. Then I will forget about comcast email even though I am paying for it. Come contract time, I could cancel comcast computer service and give up its "free" Norton and purchase a better security program. Gmail is a breeze.
I could make a joke book out of the advice I received from many calls to the techies at comcast. The last one was that comcast is aware of the problem and it will be resolved in 72hrs. That was 72+hrs. ago.
