Dear Comcast:
My cousin is trying to send me e-mails, but only some of them come in and others are bouncing back to him. Also, I cannot open any attachments that has music in. Could you please help me?

It seems to come down to Comcast's blocking email that comes from ISP's that they have found to be including spam (not real email) with the regular email that they send along. I had to get another email provider (Google) to get around this problem.

Can you post the bounce message he's getting, including the headers?
