You can set your Preferences in XfinityConnect to automatically save messages you are composing in the draft folder. To do: Click on Preferences>Email>Composing. Tick the box to save as draft when composing. As to why text is disappearing when composing.. No clue other than make sure you have cleared your browser cache often. Which browser/Version are you using? Have you tried a different browser to test?
