Re: Keep getting a Xfinty error report

I am also having a problem.  Error message says      "Invallid at the top level of the document."  I sometmes  get an error message that says      "Whitespace is not allowed at this location."  After spending an hour or more with Comcast Chat, their recommendation was to Uninstall Internet Explorer 9 and install 7 or 8.  This seems rediculous as Int. Exp. 9 has worked fine for several months.  My problem started yesterday as yours did.

Re: Keep getting a Xfinty error report

I am experiencing the same exact problem.  It is VERY inconvenient.  I am waiting for someone to get back to me from Comcast. Was your problem resolved?
