How do you re-order the new email filters? I have numerous filters and find that since the your 'new' system there is no way to re-order the filters and they are not in the same exact order that they were with the older system. Also, when a new filter is created, it's at the bottom of the list and also can't be moved anywhere.
FYI - I dislike this new system. It's harder to work with. With numerous filters, when one is opened for editing it's opened at the very bottom and you don't even know it's there. You need to scroll down to see it.

It looks like you can't.
Another thing: there's a "Description" column in the list of filters, but no place to enter a description when creating or editing a filter.
