Many customers have complained about this, but so far, Comcast is not listening. You can send your feedback to Comcast though.
Go the Comcast homepage, and on the bottom right side of the homepage, click on Submit Feedback.
The only alternative at this point is to configure an email client, which will take you right tothe Inbox of the email client. An email client can be set up to 'Leave a copy of your messages on the server' (XfinityConnect Inbox) so you can view messages either place.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
