Re: importing address book

[ Edited ]

I don't see where to import CSV address book file in the Preferences section.   Is this no longer possible?  Or do I need to have higher tier internet service to have this option?

Where in the "SmartZone" do I go to import CSV for email address book?

The only options I have are:

Preferences -> General

Preferences -> Email -> Composing

Preferences -> Email -> Signature

Preferences -> Email -> Email Manager

Preferences -> Email -> Email Filter

Preferences -> Shortcuts

Nothing about email address import from CSV file.

The information you read was for Smartzone, which is no longer valid since the switch was made for all Users to XfinityConnect.

Open XfinityConnect and click on the Address Book.  On the right side at the top, you will see IMPORT

Click on Import. A window will open.  (see screenshot below)  Click on whichever logo is correct for your contacts.  Follow the directions from there. NOTE:  This is NEW with XfinityConnect.

If you need further help post back.  Also note you might want to bookmark the link for the XfinityConnect FAQ;s at the bottom of my post.
