My daughter and husband have secondary e-mail accounts under my own. Recently, they are both unable to sign into their e-mail. I can access my own e-mail fine. I checked under secondary accounts and it says I no longer have any. When I attempted to recreate their accounts, it tells me that the names are already in use.
Is this a problem with comcast or my account? How can I get it resolved?
You need to call Comcast, and tell them that the secondary accounts are no longer associated with your primary. Hopefully they can fix it, so neither of the secondary accounts loses any mail. But what you are describing sounds like the accounts were deleted (even if not by you), which places those account names on a 90 day hold. The best Comcast may be able to do is to release the hold, so you can immediately recreate them...but this may mean the loss of any e-mail messages those accounts already had.
