Sent Email Folder

My comcast email preferences have always been "save sent email messages" to the sent folder. There was never an issue. However, my sent emails are deleting daily. What is the problem and can I get those sent email messages back?

I am sure you have rechecked your settings, but did you also check your Email Deletion Schedule under Preferences>Email>Email Deletion Schedule?

 

Which version of XfinityConnect are you using?  Which browser/version? 

 

Are these the ONLY emails being deleted?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
