Sidebar navigator is not showing up in the email

Once I open my email the left side navigator bar does not show up. It is a blank, white space. I can't get to my folders, trash, sent, etc. I have tried clearing the cache, closing the browser but nothing is working.

For all the money Comcast is charging...really?

Once I made the browser window full screen, then it worked, with the windows sized down, the link didn't work.  I don't keep my browser windows full screen normally.

All-

I just checked FF 11.  I copy/pasted the link into the browser.  First I got this below:  Then I went to the post  itself and clicked on Reads's link and went right to the thread.:smileyshocked:

Try this:

Open XinityConnect

Click on Preferences

Now Click on Email on the top black bar

Now click on HOME on the black bar

Now click on 'View Entire inmbox"

Do you see your Folders now?

IF NOT: post back with these answers:

Which browser/version do you use?

Have you tried a different browser yet?

Post back the results please.

This issue has been going on for quite awhile now, Comcast IS aware of it, but has not solved it yet, or fixed it. :smileysad:
