I sent you an e-mail stating that I could not open my e-mails and you sent me and e-mail that I can not open. I believe the subjuct was " I need to update" How do I update? I have looked everywhere in support for updates but cant find them . Can you please help? And, please dont send the update via e-mail, as I cannot open it.

While on my e-mail page, I click on my e-mail and it goes white then connects me to the same page I was just on, I have tried to open all 4 of my e-mails and it keeps going back to my original e-mail page. I cannot open any e-mails. I have re-started my PC and that did not help. I an NOT a new client.
