Please provide more details. Are you saying sometimes the messages through the UK go through and sometimes they do not? Are they always going to the same email address in the UK? Are you getting any bounce messages when you send?

Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

I am sending to the same address in the UK message sent and then I get a message that it cannot be delivered and will keep trying. Delivery Status Notification. This does not happen every single time but very often. Doesn't matter if it a new message, a forward or a reply.

First thing, edit your post and remove the email address. To do: Click on Options to the right side in your post, and then click on EDIT REPLY.

Comcast/Xfinity only as my email server. Using Windows Vista. I am not computer savy so not sure of the other questions you are asking. I don't know what the cache is. I have no other problems with email, only the address I sent you. Also my husband who has his own email address is having the same problem with this address.

Thank you. I will have to have someone here to look at this. If I am asked questions, I wouldn't be sure how to answer them.
