I can send emails with no problem, but when I want to add an attachment (like a photo), nothing happens when I click on the "ADD ATTACHMENT" tab. I do not get a dropdown of any sort and cannot browse. Does anyone have any ideas, or better yet, solutions? Thanks!

Well you posted in the xfinity mobile app group that is why it was not clear. You can give this a try and see if this works
Try clearing your browser cookies, cache and history files
Try a different browser
Hold down the ctrl or shift key while clicking browse. If it opens your computer is seeing it as a popup.
You can also try m.comcast.net/m as a work around.

http://m.comcast.net/m/ will not let you add an attachment.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum in an official capacity. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.
This is done to protect customers and for assurance that they are dealing with a Comcast employee.
Non-Authorized Employees are allowed to post but cannot state they are employees nor can they allude to being employees.

I thought I posted in the wrong forum, but this was the one that came up. The entire Comcast site is unclear and I am having second thoughts about Xfinity anyway, but I will give it a shot. I thank you for your tips and hopefully - it will help. If not - it's back to the phone company and DSL. Thanks again, I appreciate your response.

Christine- Because you have Comcast as your Internet provider does not mean you must use XfinityConnect for email. You can use any program you like. Examples of free ones would include: Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail, etc.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
