Hey Everyone,
I can log into my comcast account - I get the "Preview Inbox" , however when I click on "View Entire Inbox" nothing happens. It just sits, doesn't time out, it sits for hours & hours without doing anything.

I would try each of these steps in order - retrying getting into Xfinity Connect after each step:
1) Clear your Internet Cache and History and clear your browser cookies.
2) Reset your browser to the default settings.
3) Try a different browser - Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer depending on your current browser.

Someone has suggested as a work around that when you see the preview window click on preferences at the top and when that window opens click email at top of that window.

What if you don't want to use another browser. Can't comcast fix this issue with their code. I note that I get errors in my java cosole due to speculative parsing. Can some of the coders look into this.
