Comcast cannot seem to get my Voice Page to work. I have called them, got bumped to level-2 support and told to wait. How long could it possibly take to get this page to work. Here is what happens now;
Go to the page and it shows the temporary number I was given not my ported home phone number.
None of the features work, they all say temporarily unavailable.
This has not been a pleasent experience, between days of porting issues in which I finally refused to hang up till it was fixed to now not being able to use any of the features I'm paying for it has been extremely frustrating. I even discovered that the online chat person documented that I was satisfied with his solution so the port issue was cancelled!!!! Lesson learned, never say you are satisfied with anything less than fixed.

After several attempts via phone calls, and chats, to my surprise hongkwon was able to solve this problem! Thank you and I would recomend posting issues here as there truly seems to be Comcast folks in here that care!

I would like to know what is the solution. I have on been able to access my voice page in xfinity connect. It just shows a page advertising voice product. I've given up on customer service.
