I can't get into my account. Get screen that says "retrieving account info" nothing happens after.??

Are you referring to 'My Account" in Customer Central or do you mean your Xfinity Email account?
If you mean My Account, are you signed in with the Primary Username and password? have you cleared your browser cache, or tried a different brpowser.

Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

Are you sure you are signed in with the PRIMARY Username and password, and not an unrestricted or restricted Secondary Username?
