I have been unable to receive email from my son in Japan. He receives messages that he is spam. I've tried unblocking him several times. It has worked temporarily, but always is blocked again. I'm very frustrated by
this on-going problem. Comcast has told me there is a problem with spam coming out of Japan, but isn't there a way to allow a particular address that I want to receive mail from?
