can't send a picture!

why do I keep getting an "error" message and "not enough memory" when I send a photo from "mypictures" in a zip file.
What is the best way to send a photo from my files?
Thanks,

How large is the photo? You can only send files up to 10MB using comcast email.

Thanks for the response.  It's a regular photo. Like a snapshot of a person.

Re: can't send a picture!

Send it as a JPG file instead of a Zip file. You can't zip it down much more than a JPG, which is already compressed.

You can send the picture as a URL address to whomever in the e-mail.

http://imageshack.us/

Once you have image shack hit browse and it should default to your MY Pictures.(It will come up on your screen)

Click on the picture you want to send and click on Host It.

Once completed, you will receive a list of URL's, copy and paste the bottom URL to your e-mail and it should go thru no problem.

If you have any questions, post back and I'll help.
