e-mail VANISHED...TWICE

For the second time in 2 weeks all of my e-mails vanished.in process of completing a job application..when I returned to INBOX all of my e-mails were gone..I need someone to fix this...after 3 phone calls to comcast and not one in return..not reassuring that I have the service I need.. Someone needs to help.

What are you using for email?  XfinityConnect?  The full or the lite version?  Do you also use an email client?  If so, which one?

 

Are all the emails that are vanishing originally in the Inbox? 

 

i would recommend immediately changing your password too.  Use a strong password between 8 and 16 characters in length, consisting of a random mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.

 

Also- check your Email Deletion Schedule to see how many number of days each Folder is set up to automatically delete email from those folders.  To do:  Click on Preferences> Email> Then scroll down to the Schedule.  If you make any changes to it, make sure you click on SAVE, at the top of the page to save your changes.

To check the number of days each Folder is set to automatically delete old email:
