e-mails that i know have been sent didnt arrive in my inbox... why?
What do you use for email? XfinityConnect or an email client? Have you sent yourseelf a test email message? If not, please do and let us know if you receive it. Have any of the Senders received a bounce message? Have you cleared your browser cache?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
