Recently, I have been trying to get into my email but it says I don't have high speed internet saying this message. "Access requires Comcast High-Speed Internet" It offers I subscribe or I can log in. So I log in and it brings me to the main page, click on email and repeat. Am I missing something? I am pretty sure we have high speed I mean unless I am missing something that is what we pay for. Thanks for yalls help and time
