email deleted from trash folder. can I get it back?

I deleted an email from my "trah folder".  Is there anyway to get it back?

No, sorry.

Comcast does have backups, but they'll generally only use them if the mail is lost due to a server error, not user error.

What if I put it into trash by mistake and it automatically deleted.  I didn't empty trash, but it did so by default.

Once the trash has been emptied by whatever method it's gone.

Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum in an official capacity. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.

This is done to protect customers and for assurance that they are dealing with a Comcast employee.
Non-Authorized Employees are allowed to post but cannot state they are employees nor can they allude to being employees.

Cniq:

You might want to change your settings in the Email Deletion Schedule too.
Open XfinityConnect
Click on Preferences in the Preview window
Click the Email icon
You will see your email preferences.... Now scroll down to the Email Deletion Schedule and open it.
You can change the number of days each Folder is set. To when email. Is deleted in each Folder.
