I was getting the same message contacted Comcast and they said it was not them but my computer. I went to Windows and was transferred to Omni Support. My computer is 12 days old and when they checked found that somehow I had gotten a virus and it corrupted some of my registry files and Internet Explorer files. Cost me $60 to have them repair the files and optimize computer. What they did worked an Critical Error message for the Zimlet is gone. Good Luck All

Sorry you got a virus as many of us know how that works only to well. Could you please let us know what the virus was or find out as it would greatly help us to help others, Its always nice to know what is effecting our comps and what we can do to fix them as this is a big issue with the error on the emails part. TY

I too experienced the zimlet critical error and was unable to add attachments to amy of my emails. Called comcast and they talked me through a very simple solution that solved the problem immediately. Go to Control Panel, select Internet Options, select the Advance Tab, then select Reset button at the bottom to reset Internet Explorer. Problem solved (at least for me). Good luck!

Had same problem - Comcast wanted me to pay 79 subscription fee & 20 month recurring fee to fix. I FINALLY found on another board to check Add-ons in IE. I disabled almost all of them - not Comcast or Norton or Stumble. Went to a new e-mail page - NO ERROR!!!

I have tried and tried to do the Control Panel, Advance Tab, Reset, it is still not working for me. Could someone give me a telephone number to call. Thanks so much.

Yes, I am having the exact same problem. I just figured it was a comcast glitch and have been waiting for them to fix it,
