Re: Can't open email messages

They have changed the port settings to 465.

For instructions go here on how to set up your email program.

Which version of XfinityConnect do you use?

Open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences, and then click on General.  A window will open showing you which version is checked.

Do you also use a email client or smartphone?  Be specific please, & include version.

Which browser/version are you using?

Have you checked your email settings to see if Forwarding or the Safe Sender has been turned on in error?

To check, follow these steps:

Sign in with your Primary Username and password

Click on My Account at the top of the page

You are directed into Custoer Central.. Now

Click on the Users & Preferences tab

Click on the Username having the problem

Click on Email Settings

Scroll down and see if either Forwarding or Safe Sender List is on.
