This is probably stored in the web browser. What browser and version are you using?

I'm using Internet Explorer Windows 8 on my computer.

It sounds as if you have it set in AutoComplete.
To get rid of it in Internet Explorer click on Tools at the top of this page and choose Internet Options OR Start Menu/Control Panel/Internet Options.
When Internet Options opens click the Content tab.
In Content you will see AutoComplete. Click Settings under that.
UNCHECK User names and passwords on form. Then click Delete AutoComplete History.
This will not only get rid of the deleted account name-it will also delete EVERY name and password stored so you will have to re-enter them the next time you sign in to anything.
All you need to do is, when asked if you want IE to remember the info, say YES.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.

Oh, thanks so much; no one had been able to give me any idea of how to fix this; I'm so grateful!

Well. I did as you suggested; yes, all the account names were deleted, but when I re-clicked it later, all the names came back up! I want all the other names there, just not the deleted one. I know there must be a way? Thanks anyway, I appreciate you trying to help.

Go to Tools on top of Comcast Home Page. Click Tools, then Internet options, Delete saved passwords, then Ok! This will delete your wrong spelled user-names and also your correct password. Then next time signing into your Comcast E-Mail Account check save/remember your correctly spelled user and password. This will give you a fresh start.

Thanks; I did as you suggested, That didn't change anything; all the usernames and passwords are still there on the sign in page; they were never deleted at all. If anyone thiinks of something else, please let me know; I will try anything. Thanks for helpiing me.
